CV catheters can become a source of infection if proper hygiene is not maintained. Also, if you do not properly convey the importance of this to your child, there is a risk of damage or an accident when the item is pulled out.

The lining is designed with plain gauze or towel material so that the sanitary condition is visible. We strongly recommend that you replace it when dirt becomes noticeable.
